| Companies are invited to register, if interested in attending the Licensing Round. Registered companies will have to pre-qualify for participation in the Licensing Round. Only companies pre-qualified by INP will be able to participate in the Licensing Round. Companies will be informed after closure of pre-qualifying whether they have been successful. | |

| The License Round will run for a continuous period of 10 months. During this period INP will operate an online data room. |
